Your Wings are Ready: It's Time to Lead!

The “wings” of women of color are clipped daily by society, but often times the biggest barrier is self.  Self-doubt impedes progress but not potential. The 2018 conference is dedicated to helping participants realize that their capabilities and skills are enough!  Enough to lead, enough to succeed. Like the transformation of the butterfly, it takes effort to break free of self-bondage and fly because your “Wings are Ready”.
